Description: |

Pair of early 20th century English glazed stoneware urns each with molded overhanging rim, the upper portion of the bowl punctuated with raised decorative rosettes above a deeply gadrooned body. The paneled pedestal bases, each of the four sides with raised decoration, are stamped �LEFCO� (Leeds Fire Clay Company, Ltd).
LEFCO was a consortium of seven Yorkshire stoneware companies formed in 1889 and was the largest clay working company in England. Lefco Ware garden ornaments were introduced in 1912
